Founder Wendy Foster started her own dance school in 1985, after training locally and dancing professionally until her marriage. She holds the teaching diploma of the Royal Academy of Dance, and also the Associate diploma of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. She is qualified to enter students for ballet examinations of the Royal Academy of Dance, and ballet, modern stage and tap examinations of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. She now focuses on private coaching of students for vocational examinations.
